Issa Rae’s Raedio powered a city-wide scavenger hunt in Los Angeles, where ‘Insecure’ superfans were texted clues that led to iconic locations captured in the HBO series. We captured this community event by capturing the experience through the lens of one ‘Insecure’ superfan

Pre-Production
For all content shoots, I ensure all the details are shared with videographers, audio team, and editors to ensure expectations are clear, and we are set up for a successful post-production process. The production checklist for this shoot consisted of:
• Shoot treatment and objectives
• Run of show and schedule details
• Call sheet of crew and talent
• Shot list and assignment
• Storyboard to detail the shots
Motion Graphics & Video Edit
In the video edit, we incorporated a variety of animated elements to bring energy and dynamism. This included a hand-drawn map to highlight all the destinations visited during the scavenger hunt, animated text messages, and visual cues to showcase the tracks from the Insecure Soundtrack used throughout the video
